A party goes awry and I end up catching a ride home with my old best friend, whom I haven't spoken to in years. Why haven't we talked? Life changes and goes on. He got a girlfriend, I got a boyfriend. Shit happens. One ride home, filled with laughs and stories as well as a few tears on the side of the road, changes things forever.

I suppose I have found it easier to identify with the characters who verge upon hysteria, who were frightened of life, who were desperate to reach out to another person. But these seemingly fragile people are the strong people really.
