The Loonatics have moved to New York after the battle with Deuce. Nothing happened after that until they got a letter that invited them to attend Canterlot High School. Join our heroes as they meet new friends, enemies and find romance along the way. The questions are what will happen to them? Why is Duck becoming a bully? And will Ace and Lexi become a couple?

The loonatics are on a mission to save metropolis from all of the villains that escaped, and now all the villains decided to work together to destroy metropolis. Now the loonatics have to save metropolis from evil. But would they need help from who?. Zadavia sends the looney X's to help them without telling the loonatics that they are going to help. (this was not in the show at all! i just made it up)

Synopsis: The Call for Help Mosi Carter/Kwaku Anansi, still re-weaving fractured threads after Final Crisis & Killspeed FlashPoint , senses a cry from the Loom unlike any he's felt before. Following it, he discovers a strand glowing with rainbow light - Zadavia's thread. Zadavia herself appears to him in a spectral projection. She admits that she has long carried guilt from her brother Optimatus and the chaos that followed Acmegeddon. Now, a new cosmic presence - Lord Nexus - feeds on the distorted fragments of her history. She fears the Loonatics' powers alone may not be enough to survive what's coming. "Help me weave a new thread for my team," Zadavia pleads. Anansi agrees, but warns her: "Every gift reshapes the story. What you ask will change not only them, but the destiny of your world."
