Lily has been friends with the Scamander's for most of her life. They were her godmothers children, so of course Lily knew them. Lorcan and Lysander were her best friends. In and out of Hogwarts; the three were inseparable. But now with Lorcan acting suspicious, and Lysander worried, Lily doesn't know what to do. Something is going on; something out of her control. Note: This is what I had posted of this fic on AO3 before choosing to discontinue it due to JKR's bigotry. It's technically incomplete, but there's a chapter at the end that details where the series would have gone had I continued. The Triwizard Tournament has made its grand return, bringing a handful of students from Beauxbatons Academy and Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to Hogwarts for the 2022-2023 academic year.
