Pennywise happened 2-3 years ago. The Losers are starting to forget, but there are still some memories that reappear. Richie and Eddie are going on their first date, and it's supposed to be perfect. Except that Henry Bowers and his goons don't plan to keep it that way.

When teens and kids mysteriously develop powerful cosmic godly new abilities, they are declared a threat by the government and detained. Betrayed by the adults in power, this newfound family soon realizes that running is not enough, they must use their collective powers to wage a resistance and take back their future.
