When his classmates started being pulled out of class one by one for a test they weren't allowed to talk about, he got nervous. What kind of test was it? And why did everyone seem so nonchalant? Tomura was a gamer. Always was and always would be. But what came with gaming was online acquaintances and friends, Socializing, basically. Katsuki had always had Kariage, they'd been together for longer than he could imagine. They were perfect together. Kariage's family, however, were not perfect. They were far from it. So when they're finally removed from the picture, Katsuki finds them being torn apart as the boy is taken into foster care. If only he could be adopted by someone trustworthy. Someone hero like. Katsuki had a plan. He was going to spend Christmas with his brother. And he made sure no one knew. He tied up his gifts and went on his way. his disguise was flawless. He was so excited that he might overflow! Tomura wasn't planning on doing much for Christmas, he would rather spend it with his brother like a family should. Katsuki and his mother were trying out one of many inventions that Masaru Bakugou, the genius inventor, had crafted. As family, they always got the first working versions. They were always given interesting items that did the tasks they wanted. This time, Katsuki and his mother were brought to the ether. [contains: slight foul language]

They say many things are made of blue. Clothes, the ocean, paint, toys, crowns, jems and the sky to name a few. For Katsuki, his blue came with peppermint. Peppermint swirls that always left him breathless under the blue sky. It was the Chinese New Year and Bakugou was invited to dance by his Chinese friend to dance on the big stage at a festival in their home country. They were down a person and he already knew the dance. Naturally, he agrees and now has his place in the New Year secured. He'd be the center of attention with the rest of the dancers on live television in another country. What better way to celebrate? [contains: minor foul language]

Katsuki never had that spark towards heroes. He had that spark somewhere else, he found something that left him breathless and enchanted. After all, they were all the same. [contains: slight angst]
