Auburn's POV People think I'm okay. I smile when I'm supposed to. I show up. I speak when silence becomes suspicious. But inside, I'm tired. Of pretending. Of holding myself together like I'm not still breaking in the same place over and over again. It's been four years since I lost him-my father-and the world just kept going. I learned how to keep going too. But some days, it feels like I never really moved at all. Then there's him. The boy with the camera and headphones and that strange, quiet way of seeing people without making them flinch. He didn't ask me why I sit alone. He just noticed. This isn't solely a love story, not really. It's a story about grief, and healing, and all the things I never said-because I didn't think anyone would listen. Maybe someone finally is.

When nobody in the world can listen

a girl who had everything , a happy family, a great friendgroup , good grades. It's crazy how much can change in a year time. She lost her friends , her grades dropped , she stayed home most of the time. And the tragic loss of her father. millions of questions who will never be answered , all the "what-if's". The sad part is , we will never know.

Mariana is a 17 year old girl from Tennessee who loves the arts and outdoors. One day during the summer just before her junior year she gets the devastating news that she would be moving across the country to California. Anxious and upset, she struggles to make friends in this much different environment. It's not too long though when she befriends Kristin and a group of rambunctious band mates. As she learns to navigate her new life, she must also learn to move on from the past and resolve avoided feelings.

uh so I know I haven't posted in a while. mental health issues. but enjoy this short story I made based on a Headcanon I have.

Within two years of my life, I had 5 people in my family pass away. My biggest loss was my step mom. Three years later and the whole she left is still very real and raw. Here are some pieces I have written trying to transform and process my grief. we all have different ways of healing and I guess this way is mine.

I lost my mother to pancreatic cancer on October 20th of 2021. I continue to struggle with the loss of her. She was my best friend, she would say "Andrea, do you always have to be a magnet to my hip?" well of course I do because deep down, one day, I knew the end of her journey would come. I never knew when though. Also, never thought it'd be so soon. Anytime is too soon to lose anyone you love. I put my mother through hell on earth. I knew she struggled with constantly worrying about my well being. that gets to me pretty bad some days. This poem was my very first poem I wrote. A lot of emotions and feelings were going through my head so, I decided to put them on paper. it helps get it off my being for the moment and I enjoy to write. I have a few poems now and most of them begin with what once was or the pain and struggle, throughout the poem i try to turn to what is now or the positive side of the picture. I hope you enjoy. 🤍
