This legend is not one of happiness or hope, but one devoid of it. This was originally made as an assignment for school but I'm proud enough of it that I decided to post it here. Thoughts? I didn't chase. I didn't hunted. I was guided... I think something is wrong . At first, it was nothing. Just small things-repeats, patterns, gaps. Now it's... different. No filters. No edits. No rewrites. I'm posting this in real time-exactly as it happens. I don't know when it started. I don't know how it ends. I must document everything- in case I forget what's real. Or worse, in case something else remembers for me because if I don't notice what's happening maybe it's already too late. The Nutcase explores the terrifying possibility that the voice meant to protect us... may be leading us somewhere else entirely.

"Let go of your worries" they said "have a drink it won't hurt" THEY SAID!! May I not start my story of rage like this, I will start at WHO I am, who I was before the misery. This is a story of charity a teenager who fell in to a trap. and is now trying to reattach her humanity.

She remembers next to nothing of her parents, and only a bit more of her sister. All she knows is that she is angry. But when something she thought she had buried long ago resurfaces, she has a choice. Try to salvage what she long ago lost. Or face the consequences by watching everything burn.
