He carved stories in his arms. No need for ink, just blood. I am telling this story because it needs to be told. He would've wanted me to tell it, so people know what he went through that caused him to take his life. I warn you that this is a triggering story, so please be aware. This is a story of a boy who lived a life and then took it. It's about his mind, his thoughts and his emotions.

"This is the last stop so get off kid." Calls the driver. I grab my guitar case and duffle bag. Shuffling down the aisle of the bus my legs start to get weak. I've been on this bus for over ten hours and before that a five and half hour flight. I hop off the bus and turn my head looking up the street I notice not a single person in sight. "You sure you wanna do this." I face the driver. I take my sunglasses off and look at him, for being only 36, time wasn't on his side maybe it's from the long hours of driving or just tired of life it's self. "Got no where else to go now. Can't go back from where I came." I say picking up my stuff. "Just take care of yourself the city can be dangerous place. Trust no one and keep your nose down." I turn to walk away when he says, "oh by the way, Welcome to LA." At just 18, armed with only a guitar and 100 dollars to her name Alex is looking to take LA by storm. Or at least start a new life for herself, but she does have a secret. That secret when finally revealed takes Alex on a roller coaster, where she finally has to face the truth surrounding her last name.
