One day, as I was sitting, lost in thought about my upcoming birthday in February 2025, it suddenly hit me - I would be turning 18 the following year. In that moment, a wave of nostalgia for my lost childhood just washed over me. I wondered how much time had slipped away - time that could have been devoted to my hobbies, to the things I truly cherish. Did I ever pause to watch and realize what I truly loved, or was I just endlessly chasing academic goals, never truly stopping to connect with the things that made me happy? It made me wonder, how often do we overlook the importance of nurturing our passions in the chaos of our responsibilities? In those moments, a thought emerged - maybe it's essential to sometimes hit the pause button, to step back, and seek out our happy places.

A young 12 year old girl is found cursed with bad luck and constant rain. but before she loses herself in the darkness a light will save her from a clouded miserable life. together they will face their fears together. This book takes place at the exact same time 'Broken' by @hscheibmeir takes place, so my characters will eventually meet hers. I would reccomend reading it so it dosen't get confusing. this is my first story so hope u like it! Pictures are not mine I just edited them or draw over Them.

Whoever said "sticks and stones can break my bone but words will never hurt me" was probably drunk and high on drugs because they did not know what they were saying. Words hurt more than physical abuse. A cut will fade away but words will always cling to you. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Blaire Elliott's life has been a trainwreck, she has been moving from one foster home to another. She never really knew her real parents. She doesn't know that her real parents are assassins and that she is wanted by the world's most dangerous people. That all changed until one day where a so-called kind family wants to adopt her. Can Blaire really find a place to call home? Or will her life just go more downhill?

Paris, 1942. When ten-year-old Sarah Starzynski and her family are taken during the Vel' d'Hiv Roundup, she locks her little brother Michel in their secret cupboard, promising to return for him. These are the letters she might have written - words of hope, fear, and love carried through camps, escape, and silence. Though Sarah and Michel are fictional, the tragedy they inhabit was real. Their story honors the thousands of children whose voices were lost during the Holocaust, and the families who never stopped searching. "Lettres à Michel" is a tribute to innocence and memory - a reminder that even in history's darkest corners, love still writes.

In a world burned by war, two forgotten children-a boy and a girl-find each other among the ashes of a lost city. With nothing left but wreckage and silence, they forge a fragile bond through shared pain, scraps of joy, and the purity of innocent love. They create moments of laughter in the shadow of death, pretending to live while surrounded by ruin. But as hope flickers, fate strikes cruelly. Across the world, another child wakes to birdsong and sunshine-peace that the war-torn children never had the chance to feel. "Ashes of Innocence" is a haunting tale of love, loss, and the childhoods stolen by war.

She was an important part of me since my childhood without being a part of my life. She was a precious reason why I remembered every silly incident of my memory as a kid. The gift for her was still lying safe in my cupboard and the apology for her was still living inside the kernel of my heart. I know I won't find her. If I would find her then I too know that I would be a complete stranger to her. There was no point in Fortune will want us to bombard again. Who would take an interest to fulfil my wish to complete a silly story? Of course, no one. I know I could never find my Rag Doll...
