Aravind Oberoi, had always dreamed of having sons. When his wife gave birth to two daughters-Aadhya and little Ananya-he saw them not as his children, but as a burden. When Aadhya was only four and Ananya was still a newborn, he abandoned his own daughters, leaving them behind as though they meant nothing. Aadhya grew up carrying a responsibility no child should ever have had to bear. She learned to hide her tears, control her emotions, and protect Ananya from the harsh realities of their past. While other children were busy dreaming about their futures, Aadhya was busy making sure her little sister had a future at all. Years passed. Aadhya became mature beyond her age-calm, responsible, and fiercely protective of Ananya. Ananya, meanwhile, grew up knowing very little about the father who had left them. Then one day, everything changes. A single pendant-an object connected to the Oberoi family-brings the sisters back to the very house they were abandoned from. The Oberoi mansion. The home that was supposed to be theirs. The family that had forgotten them. And the father who never wanted daughters. What will Aravind do when the daughters he discarded return to his doorstep? Will he accept them-or try to erase them from his life once more? Suddenly, Aadhya finds herself trapped between the past she never asked for, a family she never knew, and secrets that threaten to destroy everything she has built with Ananya. She spent her childhood protecting her sister. Now she must protect herself too. Because returning to the Oberoi mansion isn't the end of their story. It is only the beginning. A pendant brought the abandoned daughters home. But only time will reveal whether the Oberoi family will finally become their home... or the place where Aadhya real battle begins. ~~~~~~~~~ hey guys this is my first story, pls give it a try i promise it won't disappoint you. sry for grammatical mistakes. start:- 4 aug 2026 end:- ???

A simple poem, it's my first ^^ Back then, when we were in our childhood but now somehow we lost it ..some lost it due to growing age ,some due to the circumstances ...A lot of reasons are there for losing our beautiful, cheerful childhood.. Being an adult / a grown up person somewhere we still miss our childhood. Now everyone is surrounded or suffering from anxiety, depression, overthinking and a lot more

They say a daughter's job is never finished... BE THE OTHER GROWN UP! I just want to be a child. Why can't I?" When does the magic stop? When does a child's laughter become strained under the weight of the world? Lost Childhood is a poignant, deeply relatable free-verse poem about being forced to grow up much too fast. It contrasts the innocent, golden days of chasing fairies, looking for pixiedust, and dreaming of Neverland with the heavy, exhausting reality of holding a household together. It speaks directly to the eldest daughters and caretakers who carry the world on their shoulders, cleaning, babysitting, and losing their own youth in the process. A beautiful but heartbreaking reflection on looking back at a faded past and wishing for a break from the endless demands of being an adult before your time. ✨ An original poem by Foxwriter_55. > To everyone who had to grow up too fast: I see you. You are not alone. Leave a 🕊️ in the comments to share your thoughts.

One day, as I was sitting, lost in thought about my upcoming birthday in February 2025, it suddenly hit me - I would be turning 18 the following year. In that moment, a wave of nostalgia for my lost childhood just washed over me. I wondered how much time had slipped away - time that could have been devoted to my hobbies, to the things I truly cherish. Did I ever pause to watch and realize what I truly loved, or was I just endlessly chasing academic goals, never truly stopping to connect with the things that made me happy? It made me wonder, how often do we overlook the importance of nurturing our passions in the chaos of our responsibilities? In those moments, a thought emerged - maybe it's essential to sometimes hit the pause button, to step back, and seek out our happy places.

There are children who fear the dark. And then there are others... who know someone is waiting for them inside it. Five children, five days, five voices marked by fear. Each one sees the same thing: a man in the shadows. But none of them knows it. Only the psychiatrist hears them-one by one. Recorder in hand, he tries to help them. He tries to understand. But the closer they get to the truth, the further they drift from sanity. Because there is a place where there are no dreams. Only emptiness. And the screams of children no one can reach. 5 Forsaken Souls is a story told through clinical sessions, where horror does not scream-it whispers. A figure lurks in the corners. And it's not interested in letting you escape. It's waiting for you to turn off the light.

She was an important part of me since my childhood without being a part of my life. She was a precious reason why I remembered every silly incident of my memory as a kid. The gift for her was still lying safe in my cupboard and the apology for her was still living inside the kernel of my heart. I know I won't find her. If I would find her then I too know that I would be a complete stranger to her. There was no point in Fortune will want us to bombard again. Who would take an interest to fulfil my wish to complete a silly story? Of course, no one. I know I could never find my Rag Doll...

In a world burned by war, two forgotten children-a boy and a girl-find each other among the ashes of a lost city. With nothing left but wreckage and silence, they forge a fragile bond through shared pain, scraps of joy, and the purity of innocent love. They create moments of laughter in the shadow of death, pretending to live while surrounded by ruin. But as hope flickers, fate strikes cruelly. Across the world, another child wakes to birdsong and sunshine-peace that the war-torn children never had the chance to feel. "Ashes of Innocence" is a haunting tale of love, loss, and the childhoods stolen by war.
