Being sent across the world to take the "test." Determining if you got to live or not,If you would be one of the lucky ones. Only ten thousand people. The number seemed big but compared to the 12.8 billion people walking the earth it was small. To put in perspective it was less than 1 percent of the world it was 0.010. That was enough so colonies wouldn't worry about inbreeding. A reality the world had to come to terms with. For civilization this would be the best scenario.
