    Jessica is a troubled teen who just moved to New York. In her last relationship her boyfriend abused her physically, emotionally and mentally. Now she feels broken and lost. No one seems to love her. Her parents have left her to stay with her grand mother and her only friend is a thousand miles away in Minnesota. In new York everyone is so distant and cold. She has joined an online community called Hello New York in her last desperate attempt to forge a connection. There she meets Adam a NYU student who spills hope in a once dormant heart. Adam has tried to recover his lost life. He is 30 years old just starting university on an art scholarship. This may be his only chance for a life since his drug addiction ended about a year ago. He has been keeping it together so well until he went on Hello New York and met Jessica she stirs feelings in him he thought were gone after drugs. He feels alive again. But there is one problem he told her he was 21 and she told him she was 19.
