Headcanon; Lotor fake his death at the hands of Sendak at the Cruta Kal and have been working with Voltron since and getting much closer with Allura to the point where they have makeout sessions and sharing a bed together. Headcanon; After 'White Lion', Lotor's markings stayed to make him known he is an Altean but he is proud of his markings to the point where Allura kisses them when she is leaving for a mission. Headcanon; Lotor is a Virgin as the closest thing he got to sex was Azca being intimate with him. It was odd and he is glad he is taking it slow with Allura. Headcanon; Lotor is Demisexual Panromantic. Allura is Bisexual, romance unknown. Headcanon; Lotor has many scars from years of hell he calls it. All of which are on his chest, his back, his thighs and his behind as well as his hips and stomach. He also has PTSD and anxiety from all the years of torture but Allura helps him cope with it.
