Eritrea is the last of her once mighty race. She took part in Thorin's quest to reclaim Erebor, finding love in Kili Durin. When he died she was broken. Legolas helped her but she still kept her heart closed off. Together they went in search of Strider, they all became fast friends. Leaving the safety of Rivendell she went to an old friend's birthday party, where she got swept up in a new quest. She fights to keep her friends alive, and discovers something she never knew about herself as well as something she never thought she would have. This story is written in first person but please don't hold that against it. Its not that bad once the actually story gets going

Astella, Lord Celeborn and the Lady Galadriel's younger daughter, is an adventerous and energetic elf. She had always wished for more than her life cooped up in the forest. Finally, after hundreds of years an opportunity arrises and she takes it, though she didn't expect it would turn out the way it did. Legolas and Astella had been the best of friends as children, until they were split for the most of their lives, resulting in them meeting again on a day that would decide their fate.

A path had been cut through the wheat field, not wide, just enough to show a person had entered. Rosie followed the path of broken stems to what at first glance was a bundle of clothes. She took her walking cane and gave it a gentle poke. In a flash the bundle took the form of a child, moving away with tiny hands raised over their grubby face. It was a girl, long tangled hair blown about her face, obscuring the layer of grime that was only broken by tear tracks; her clothes were of the wintertime that passed several months ago and her cheekbones were more pronounced than they should ever be on one so young. At her age, she should be cherubic, but instead, she reminded Rosie of a walking skeleton. The girl whimpered as if expecting a blow. Rosie fell slowly to her knees - though she was only a few inches taller than the human child to begin with - so as not to spook the child; she palled her lunch from her basket and held out her hand, "Are you hungry?" The child let her hands fall and she simply stared at the Hobbit in front of her, the child stood so still, unsure if Rosie was friend or foe. The old Hobbit sat up and backed away, letting the girl come forwards. When the apple was gone the child began to cry and came to Rose with arms open wide. She did not know it yet but the young girl clinging to the front of her apron would live a life of adventures one could only dream of...

Why is Thorin so cold when it comes to almost anything? Is it for losing his grandfather or his father? Maybe it goes a bit deeper and farther back than that.

What would happen if Frodo, Sam, pippin, merry, Legolas, Tauriel, Arwen and Aragorn found themselves in London unaware of modern life.

Now the pixies live deep in the Fangorn, undisturbed, peaceful, and alone. Until the most unlikely of people come and ask for their help... the prince of the woodland realm himself seeks the pixies help. Because the ring that was thought to be lost in the ground, has been found, and the darkness is creeping back into middle earth, so the pixies join the fellowship to save middle earth, and start the war that will either put the darkness at bay, or put the darkness on top.

"They met someone they did not expect. Does that comfort you?" A soft voice said. "Who are you?" Aragorn sneers. "Show yourself !" He then demands, and the bright light Dims. There now, in front of them, stands a giant white dragon. Her scale is as Pearl. Beside her stands Gandalf; his usual gray robes are changed in white. "It cannot be," Aragorn breathes in disbelief. Legolas and Gimli crouch down with their heads towards the ground. "Forgive me; I mistook you for Saruman," Legolas says. The white dragon smiles. •••••• Who did they meet?
