In the wake of a dark and grimy cell of Mirkwood, you find yourself in a sticky situation. Luckily for you, a second chance at life had found its way into your reaches, granted by a certain wizard; Gandalf the Grey, protector of Middle Earth professes that [Y/n] can heal from her dark heritage, and instead become the saviour of dark times through fighting a greater evil; Lord Sauron. Upon finding yourself join the Fellowship thinking all was going well, you can't help but notice the livid glares of a certain blonde elf. Your gaze turns to meet the eyes of Legolas. Legolas, Prince of Mirkwood, knows who you are and detests you for it. Prove yourself, [Y/n]. Prove that blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb. 𐬺𞠬𐬺 Hello! This is an xReader for feminine persons, and it involves a ton of inspiration from Dark Souls, so yeah, if you're reading this and thinking; "Izalith? Isn't that the witch from that one game?"- to that I say, yes it is. I'm a huge geek for that trilogy... Also this is based off both the book AND movies. I'm hoping to capture quality realism in this book, since I never read a fanfic that feels genuine or authentic in the way characters would act, or speak. My writing isn't used to formality, imma try my best to make it sound like Middle Earth speech, but if you see any mistakes, please for the love of Eru, point it out and give me advice!!!! Having sent his son to join the Fellowship of the Ring, Thranduil's limits are tested. His kingdom and lineage is threatened. Barely able to speak of his wife's death and now exposing his son to a similar fate, the agony emanates from his eyes to Elenya, a Silvan elf who has known the king since his return to Greenwood since the war of the Woodland Realm with the Kingdom of Angmar. Her radiating friendship, having grown into a dearest affection, alleviates his unrest, until again, the White gems of Lasgalen end up stolen. Elenya pleads her king to let her retrieve them. An act of friendship, as she states, only does she hope that the retrieval of the stones will finally open her king's eyes to her. The affection between them could bloom into much more, but his resistance to another is still too strong. Little does she know that the thief of the stones, a black-haired God who bears the name Loki, grows rather interested in her, and is more than willing to claim his price. In her absence, Thranduil at last admits what Elenya means to him, and departs to retrieve her. Will Elenya continue to fight for Thranduil, or fall prey to his enemy, the God of Mischief on Asgard? When Legolas goes missing and is pronounced dead one year before the events in LotR, his lover Aragorn is left with his mental state in shambles. That's when a new, unexpected stranger steps up to become the representative of the elves in the Fellowship. What will the gang think of this newcomer? Is Aragorn truly unable to move on from the Prince's death? And why does Gimli think their new companion is kinda hot? Now they may call each other husband and wife, even if Aragorn and Gimli will argue until the end of their days over who was truly responsible for bringing the two lovebirds together. As a married couple, Legolas and Lithil travel together to Ithilien in this part. A land that holds so much promise and occupies a great place in both their hearts. Freed from Sauron's shadow, it is meant to bloom anew. Together with Elven aid from Lórien and Imladris, the Elves of Thranduil's realm attempt to build a new city. In Ithilien, dôr uin en meth, the land of the end, or perhaps of the beginning? But peace has its edges, and the new everyday life brings challenges. Especially when shadows of the past emerge, and peace, as so often, reveals itself to be an illusion.

Ria has lived in Rivendell all her life but she's not an elf. When she was just 2 months old she was found in the river just 3 days after the distruction of kaden, her home city. Ria is what the elves call a child of the moon or wolfblood. This means that since her 11th birthday every full moon she becomes a wolf. But as her 16th birthday approaches Ria starts to wonder about her heritage. Is she really the only one left?
