If you don't love yourself you'll try to get approval by other people and when that happens you get in a fight if they don't approve and then you try to fix yourself then you find more mistakes and it becomes a snowball effect. I say love yourself love the people who criticize also because if they didn't criticize you in the first place I wouldn't have as many reasons to do this as I do now
