This is a tale about Lottie Matthews, Its the 96th annual Hunger games and Lottie gets reaped, she had accepted her immediate death once she got pulled but in her time at the capitol she meets a very kind spirited girl from district 9. She starts a impactfull friendship with the girl and knows one thing, she needs her to be safe.

This is sorta an attempt to explain the tension between a lot of characters in the adult timeline bc im impatient. Enjoy.
