Time has countless alternate realities. Every decision and action can change a timeline completely. I present to you: My Hero Academia's What If...? Oboro Shirakumo has always been an optimistic guy. His best friends Hizashi Yamada and Shota Aizawa and himself planned to open their own hero agency when they are pro heroes. But after Shota lost his life during their internship, everything changed. Disclaimer! The cover is mine, please don't steal it! I do not own these characters or the fandom (obviously) This is just an AU (Alternate Universe). Shirakumo's death greatly impacted Aizawa and all aspects of his life, that is one thing we know for certain. But what about the third stooge? What about Yamada Hizashi? We know he more or less silently supported Aizawa, and kept by his side after the sudden loss. But How did he actually handle everything? Just because they look and seem ok on the outside, it doesn't mean they are on the inside...

Aizawa finds a little boy in the basement of a villain base and agrees to take care of him until they can catch whoever's going to be wanting him back. He doesn't realize Izuku can see the dead, but in his defense, it's not like Izuku talks enough to tell him. Flickering lights, faint humming as he drifts off at night, floating objects and cold spots? Someone is haunting his halls, and he thinks he knows who. (or: Izuku can see the dead, and Shirakumo is one of them)

The title is pretty self explanatory. This is going to be about Unpopular Opinions of My Hero Academia. I just want to know who agrees and who doesn't. I mean no offense to anyone 🙏 Also, there are going to be manga spoilers in this so be warned!

(There's ART starting at chapter 16) Shouta had been in the foster system his entire life. His life was full of wild cards of different types of mistreatment. He had a friend since grade school he'd see every other year named Hizashi Yamada, both forced into the corner of "weirdos". Hizashi had a decent life up until his biological father decided to step back in out of nowhere. His father was against almost everything he was. He was happy to see his fellow "weirdo" friend had also gotten into the same school as him. Oboro had a fairly uneventful life before he met the two. Uneventful, but very happy. His dad and him loved to go do outdoor activities, practice taekwondo with him, and generally they just liked to hang out with each other. Though he didn't have many friends. When he met the two... All of their lives became interesting. An AU where Oboro survives! Ships- EraserCloudMic and an oc ship Angst, hurt, and fluff. There will be tons of comfort too. Oboro is bisexual (likes both genders equally), Shouta is panromantic demisexual (preferring men over women) and trans, and Hizashi identifies as gay (eventually) and genderfluid (he mostly uses male pronouns) Collab with LucarioRulz! There will be times we play off each other's chapters. :) So one situation might have multiple points of view. (LucarioRulz writes ALL of Shouta's POV and occasional Oboro chapters. I'll put who writes it at the start of each chapter.) (TW, there are topics of abuse of all kinds (including sexual), mental illness, dysphoria, and homophobia with transphobia. This is only in small parts, but it will be mentioned. There will be warnings beforehand!) Another ps. While the ship is EraserCloudMic, Oboro DOES crush on Midnight quite a bit before hand. When he starts dating his boyfriends, he is entirely loyal tho :)

Shota Aizawa grudgingly makes friends with a few other kids that go to UA. Their group is inseparable, but will they all break apart when romance is added in to the mixture? ••• "Well, I was wondering if you wanted to have lunch with me an-" "No." I cut him off. He asked me every day. My answer has always been the same. Hizashi frowned at me as I forcefully removed his hand from my shoulder. "And don't touch me." "You know, if you'd just say yes, I would leave you alone." He pointed out. "Or you could just leave me alone." I said flatly. Hizashi was silent for a moment before replying, "Fine," he waved it off, grinning stupidly, "same time tomorrow, eh Eraser?"
