Louis-ferdinand Stories

The year is 1747, the Dauphin of France, Louis-Ferdinand has just lost his beloved wife the previous year due to childbirth and he has been inconsolable and grieving violently. In his heart lie no other woman than the late Dauphine, Maria Teresa Rafaella, but his father the King, Louis XV has other plans. As the only current male and heir to the French throne it is extremely important for Louis-Ferdinand to marry and produce more heirs, so Louis XV wants to arrange another marriage as fast as possible, despite the Dauphins grief and refusal. In only 6 months after the Dauphine's death, another marriage and alliance is signed between France and Portugal, and no one knows what to expect or how this marriage will turn out.
