Scream, cry, write it down.
Allow yourself to feel and think, but don't let your emotions and thoughts control you. I write down my feelings and thoughts to capture them before they try to cause chaos. I tell them: "You are mine, I am your master. You will go only as far as I let you. You can stay for a bit but not forever - eventually you must leave and make space for happiness."
Indifference is for the weak. Feel in colour. Love loudly and intentionally.
Validate yourself, but call yourself out too. Healing and growth is supposed to be uncomfortable - but just know you're not alone on this journey. You will plant flowers of peace, purpose, and happiness.
