Lovecraft-inspired Stories

Set in the spring of 1920 in the New England region of Massachusetts, Calls The Deep is an indie novella following the young protagonist, Charlotte, and the quiet domesticity of her seaside life upended by a great storm and a surprising guest seeking refuge. After inheriting her family's little seaside cottage in the wake of her mother's death, Charlotte moves upstate to escape her life, family, and expectations in Boston. But she quickly finds not everything can be escaped simply by running, and when an inexplicable creature ends up on her couch, recovering from a grievous wound, she is forced to come to terms with what truly matters in her life. Calls The Deep is released for free periodically on my website, Tumblr, and Ao3. It will be continuously updated and revised as I go. For more updates you can find me on Instagram, TikTok, Tumblr, and on my website www.elomaraauthorhome.com .

There is something eerie about the small, isolated town that the architectural photographer visited on her trip, but she cannot tell what secret is hidden there. She only knows that the townfolk are reticent and hesistant to tell her about the gothic castle to the north of town. What she finds there is too terrible for words... ~ ~ ~ Inspired by the tales of HP Lovecraft, this story takes you on a thrilling adventure with new entities, while keeping as true as possible to the Lovecraft's style.
