A squeal to "love..fades.." If you haven't read the first book I sagest you read it. This story is about Dimitri body given and now where to be found. Rose knows he out there but will rest peacefully knowing he won't try anything. They are bind by love. He could feel when he's around. And she will know. Everyday goes by, she misses him but hates him too. What will Rose do when he reappears? Will he reappear? Or Iphigenia he truly really dead?

Set after the famous words "love fades, mine has", Rose is trying to cope with her feelings. Dimitri is trying to protect them both, by staying very far away from her. But little does he know that him pushing her away isn't protecting her, it's putting her in danger.

Dimitri says, "Love fades, mine has." Rose doesn't believe him but one incident changes everything. When she's forced to face reality, she turns to someone who she never knew was on her side the whole time. The new changes and challenges she goes through are both nerve-racking and exciting. Dimitri has just been restored and isn't coping well with what his strigoi-self did. He feels so guilty and can't handle it all, so he holes up in his room for a few days with Russian vodka.
