Esta es la versión definitiva del relato de Misa Haruno y las integrantes de PHONIX, mientras reviven al legendario Club de School Idols de Otonokizaka y se enfrentan a muchas rivales en su misión de darle a la Preparatoria de Akihabara su segunda victoria en el gran evento. Sigue a la joven fanática de Kioto, convertida en idol, en su misión de no solo devolverle al club su antigua gloria, sino también descubrir qué fue lo que realmente sucedió con su ídolo, la enigmática CEREZA, quien desapareció meses atrás antes de su segunda participación en el Love Live. Todo esto mientras enfrentan a LOVELY THRICE, las actuales bicampeonas consecutivas, que harán lo imposible por conseguir su tercera y última corona. Esta versión de la historia cuenta con un mundo mucho mejor construido, descripciones mucho más detalladas de los personajes, nuevas escenas e interacciones que no estaban en la versión original y, lo más importante de todo, impresionantes ilustraciones totalmente nuevas, realizadas por la artista ANN SEAL, quien se encargó de dar vida a los momentos más importantes del relato. Todo esto convierte la obra en una experiencia mucho más interactiva y dinámica.

Another semester brings about another adventure for our favorite artist/manager and the group of girls he's now found himself in a relationship in. Maki has struggled to deal with her broken heart after Nico abandoned her. But Umi came to her rescue and gave Maki the strength to heal. Several months later, she decides to write about how she felt in the form of a letter. By writing down her feelings, she hopes it would finally bring her the closure she needs to move on. Will she be able to love again? Vaguely based on a true story (my life). Prologue was inspired by the song heartbreaker by Enrique Iglesias (I quoted some of the lyrics). Main story is in Maki's POV.
