You've spent a lifetime staring at the Forbidden Rung. I am a bit late, but let me show you what it looks like from the other side.

Of fathers who never sat on thrones. Of men holding the wrong flowers on blind dates. Of a lab explosion and a Marble Queen shaking her head. A poetry book covering topics like mental health, daily life, spirituality, lgbtq identities and the typical experiences of a teenager. The last sections or "dictionary poetry" are a collection in which the poems are inspired by words from the dictionary. I wrote this book during a time of trying to explore different viewpoints and life in general. I choose the title "the colors of spring and winter" because at this time in my life I felt like I was not able to commit to things, and this title represents sticking to something I feel proud of.

After dwelling on rhymes, I had a little courage to move onto free verse. Not really exceptional, but I do like to think they're decent? English is not my first language. If you can give me feedbacks or suggestions on how to improve my writing, I'd be more than happy to know.

A personal collection of angst, lust, and loss. Enduring and overcoming narcissistic abuse, finding self love, the death of childhood friends. Some poems will be pathetic, others will be stupid.
