As childhood friends, Lovino and Antonio made a promise to always be together. Now as a jaded adult, Antonio is crashing at Gil's place when he sees that Lovino is now an idol star, and that his next show is in Antonio's town.

Lovino Vargas sees the world the way he does because of so much rejection. For this reason, he became the leader of the largest, biggest and strongest mafia in Europe. It was a normal day. He goes and sees what new and town and sends a small group to force information out of some of the citizens. That is until he ran into a certain Spaniard. Antonio Carriedo had went through a pained past, but no one seems to notice this because of the smile he always forced himself to carry. He had always hurt himself after his parents death, thinking he was the cause of it. His fault. On a very unfortunate stroll through the city, he runs into the mafia. He was going to die, he thinks. That is, until he meets one of them, with those amber eyes that always seemed to burn a fire. This was was their story.

He was an ordinary man, with a small job, living amongst his friends and brother. But when Feliciano's brother, Lovino, who lives constantly in an ill condition, takes a turn for the worse in his health, Feli is drowned in a world of fear and terror. His friends - Ludwig Beilschmidt and Kiku Honda; try their best to cheer him up, and yet only remind him of his thoughts. Lovino is dying. And it's my fault. The young man soon meets Luciano, thrusting him into a world of strangers and one large mystery.

Gilbert is awoken by a crying Feliciano, who came to Gilbert after a fight with Lovino. Gilbert goes to confront Lovino, and Lovino seems to be more heartbroken than his brother. (Language warning! It is Lovino after all!)

Lovino is in the mafia. His boss, Ludwig ordered him to go undercover and get close to a guy in the enemy mafia. They meet at a restaurant and start talking. They promised to meet each other again and again. Soon Lovino found himself falling in love with the smiling idiot. The question is, is this worth it...? A/N Finally got the idea and plot for this. And good news... I ONNLY HAVE THREE MORE TESTS TO GO THEN VACATION!!! And then I can write more.
