To establish a common understanding that any activity that will be conducted on the SLZ will be for the betterment of Peros, but the more likely reason was to deter other nations from staking a claim and polluting this new fragile environment. However, reality and the games of powers always turn ideas into violence, as great fortunes attract unwanted attention, and as the tensions of war boil in the world of Peros, all eyes lay on the Special Land Zone, which could make or break this fragile world.
