Valerie didn't have the best life in the world. She was low on cash and didn't have a job. She knew she was going to get kicked out of her small apartment. She didn't have many option left of what to do. So after applying for a job at the most prestigious restaurant in the city and being declined, she thought it was the end of the world. But when a call later that day told her that she had gotten the job, she was excited. But was it pure luck or was somebody behind all of this? ~~~ My breath shook as I inhaled. His hands gripped my bare thighs. "We're finally alone." Another two hands snaked around my waist, massaging my belly. The sensation of them both around me had my body heat rising. The hands at my thighs parted my legs, as his body went in between them. My legs trembled in his hands. The other body behind me buried his head in my hair, inhaling my smell. "Nobody will interrupt us now." His lips touched mine.

Claire's life is full of chaos, drama and deadlines. The life you would expect from a head editor at one of the biggest fashion empires in New York City. Only one phone call from home and her life is changed. Is it for the best? Will she survive the pressure from home and work?
