This story is set 5 years after Girl Meets Goodbye. If the show continued this is how I'd put Lucaya and Riarkle together. My version of how things would change and how these relationships would work. Also if you all know how my fics go you'll know there is a Lucaya surprise at 26 chapters in. ;)

I want her and Lucas to be the same age. I'm actually going to make a chapter probably on her and Lucas upcoming 18th birthdays. I'm choosing the month to be April for Maya's and March for Lucas so they will be 18 soon.

Set into the future 6 years after High School- Lucas and Maya aren't together but share custody of their 6 year old daughter Lucy Rae Friar. A relationship never worked out for them in High School but Lucy always came first so when they become friends with benefits they obviously keep it a secret.
