In sleep, the world does not break - it rearranges. Shadows develop rules, and the rules change the moment you hesitate. Every night, the dreamer wakes into a place that is familiar in shape yet stripped of every comfort. But not every dream is fear. Some nights open not into darkness, but into power. Here, the dreamer is someone else and also entirely themselves. Every world bends around the dreamer's presence. Every figure, monstrous or human, reacts to the choices they make. And what lurks in the dark and what whispers in the smoke may not be separate at all... only different languages spoken by the same restless subconscious. This series is not about good dreams or bad ones. It is about dreams that mean something - ones that place the dreamer in the center of pressure, identity, expectation, and instinct. Each entry is a fragment of the same unseen structure: a shifting universe that reflects the dreamer back at themselves, one flickering light and one closed door at a time. Author's Note: This is a record of my lucid dreams. Some of them have followed me since childhood - vivid enough, intense enough, strange enough that they stayed in my memory long after waking. Those dreams make up the main chapters of this collection, written in the order I first experienced them. They form a kind of story, not because they were meant to, but because my mind kept returning to the same rules, the same shadows, the same pressure that always seemed to be waiting for me. Other dreams didn't connect to that main thread at all, but they were too vivid, too sharp, too alive to be ignored. Those are the dreams that earned their own names - standalone stories that broke away from the main arc but still belong here, because they were unforgettable. Everything in this book is told exactly how it felt: first person, as I experienced it. If a dream was memorable enough to survive the morning, it's memorable enough to live on these pages.

This is the story of a girl who lucid dreams. Some days the dreams can be astonishing, deep, exciting, but sometimes they can be horrible and obscure nightmares. The chapters I'm thinking to write right now are deep and somewhat with a "traumatizing" event, so READ IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. I hope you like it :)))))

There are some things that are unseen to the average, everyday human eyes and just because I have been granted with a different way of Seeing, a different form of Sight, it doesn't mean that I am any different. I still put on one shoe at a time, shower when need be, eat three square meals a day, and surprisingly am not on the verge of insanity. Whether I am your regular, run-of-the-mill young lady or not I keep what I See to myself and that makes me normal enough. My name is Avery Lee Peyton and no, I do not see dead people, I see them.

When it comes to real life, Marion Powell is sick of it: the Burlington rat race, the high standards society wants her to fit into. Her quirky and unpredictable friends share her feelings. However, while the other members of their group find solace in old retro RPGs, Marion is playing a much more dangerous game: the playing field of her own subconscious. She's always been gifted with the ability to control her dreams, a rare occurrence others have to spend years mastering. Sure, she loves being the goddess of all solar systems in her sleep, but her true obsession are her dream friends; two sick-of-reality teens named Colin and Tess. Together, they overcome their fears and torture dream versions of their real-life enemies, laughing and resenting the alarm clock. Little do they realize how dangerous their seemingly harmless games are; crossing into others' dreams should be against the laws of nature. A mysterious force has taken advantage of the impossibility, and the teens find both their worlds molding together and dying in front of their eyes, knowing dreams are powerful enough to turn anyone into a god. Marion is forced to conspire with a nutty psychology professor, a kickass FBI-agent-turned-secretary, and the characters of her dreams, to save all she knows and beyond.
