Some people believe that dreams are just dreams. We still know surprisingly little about them. We don't know why they happen, where the images in our dreams come from, or why they sometimes feel more real than reality itself. But what if dreams aren't the only thing we don't understand? What if parallel worlds and dimensions exist, separated by a thin boundary? Because sometimes that boundary breaks, and worlds collide. That's when rifts appear. Humans don't know they exist. They don't know that someone is watching them, or that there are those who close these rifts before one world has a chance to seep into another. But what happens when a human finds themselves inside a rift? How will their reality change? And what will happen to the reality of the one who allowed them to enteror even stay? What happens when human selfishness collides with the selfishness of a being who knows absolutely nothing about humans? Some doors open in dreams. And not all of them lead back.
