(OC) Storm Anderson, willingly takes an exchange year to Paris, France after taking French class since 6th grade. Liz was an ordinary 15 year old girl, until her life changed when she became a sailor guardian.... of the Sun?! Will there be other Sailor Scouts? And who is Lucky Charm??
