I've recently gotten into this ship after watching a lets play of Dreamtalia by Kyokoon64 (none of the stories will relate to this game, but I suggest checking it out). Enjoy! A snippet of the 74th Hunger Games from the perspectives of the true star-crossed lovers of District 2. I apologize and realize that this follows closely to the book and isn't exactly a "fanfic", but I changed a few things to give Clove and Cato some character development and background. This version of events makes Clato so much more real! This is the full story of Father Gascoigne, a priest from a foreign land that mysteriously came to Yharnam in search of the healing blood, only to become a hunter that became drunk and maddened from it, to the point that his life was ended by another hunter with a much more important search. How did it all come to this, you might ask? Easy! You'll just need a bit of Yharnam blood of your own to find out. So, have a seat, I'll get you strapped in, get the good blood flowing into your system, and I'll tell you a tale about the tragedy of Father Gascoigne, Hunter of the Healing Church. Oh? Nonsense...Just think of it all as one...bad...dream... I will be using canon lore from Bloodborne (The Game), and some extra insight from VaatiVidya's videos and DMCRedgrave's "The PaleBlood Hunt". The rest will be of my own creativity and thoughts.
