You and Luffy were left alone on the Sunny while everyone else had plans together. You decide to go and have your own day out with Luffy. Having fun and doing exciting things together. Though this leads to a closer connection with you and your bothersome Captain.

After Zoro gets heavily injured from his last fight, he is forced to rest and heal. The resting part is easy but patience is not. So Luffy searches for another swordsman to take Zoro's place in the meantime. With Nani's gold, he is set to someone on the nearest island. In the aquatic island, Luffy sees potential in Y/n, who is a swordswoman. At first, she was not convinced, but the pay was high enough to accept, for personal reasons. Zoro didn't like Y/n at all. He felt Luffy was doing this to betray him, because he thought it wasn't useful anymore. Every day, he challenges her to a sword fight to earn his rightful spot back.
