In which Annabeth dies, Percy is distraught and Luke never left Elysium. Warning: involves unmitigated blackmail of gods, excessive angst and heartbreak, the esteemed architect Zaha Hadid, countless dam references to the books and a LOT of messing with the socks of death (i.e. fate.)

so some dude that Annabeth said was named Luke resurrected from the doors of death and when he came back Annabeth decided that "team Percy" wasn't enough for her.

An average morning in the life of twelve year old Thalia Grace...that is, until they come across a...what is that thing?

PERCY - He's the new guy, a bit of a trouble maker, and all the ladies love him. He plays football so he can be friends with the jocks, but actually likes to swim. He can have his choice of the girls, but a certain blonde in his friend group catches his attention. Too bad she's taken. ANNABETH - She's the most popular girl in school, goes to all the late night parties - or at least she used to - and still manages to have straight A's. Boys would do anything to get her, but she's been with Luke since Freshman year. Luke does anything and everything he can to keep her, because she's his pretty face. So don't you dare victimized yourself in front of me ever again!" she warned him, tears freely flowing down her face now. ****** Just a sneek-peak into one of the most intense scenes we missed in the books, when Luke meets Annabeth under the flag of truce. I'm pretty sure you'll find the rest of the book just as intense and heart-breaking as this one. The scene is set just before the camp commences in the summer the Battle of the Labyrinth took place. Stays true to the book as much as possible, with a lot of added details.
