i don't think this makes sense, and I don't know if I'll ever write in it. But, I think it's a cute idea, making chapters from Luke's pov and lorelais pov! I'm rating it mature just incase, but it probably won't have any mature stuff in it.

The Gilmore Girls are off again and this time with a reveling twist. Some boys we know are back ready to take back our beloved girls and lifestyles go further and further with, shall we say, a new kind of Lorelai. Luke and Lorelai's relationship perseveres while Rory's ride with the president takes her to someone she didn't expect to see.

Takes place after Lorelai serenades Luke, kind of what I wish would have happened because I thought the serenade idea was so well thought out and beautiful that I didn't want Luke to blow it off and I didn't want Lorelai to blow it off either. I wanted it to be significant and have a meaning that both of them reciprocated right away.

The conclusion of A Year in the Life is reimagined as a short story parody to find Luke awaiting Lorelai's return from her Wild hiking excursion, with a surprise at the Dragonfly Inn and a full-circle moment. This alternate universe ending rewrites the last two scenes of the series, purely for the writer's entertainment and hopefully for yours.
