Kim Minseok, or Xiumin, isn't the most outgoing person you'll ever meet. He walks unnoticed past, a wallflower. Therefore, the second he enters the party in the house of his friend Suho, he knows he is out of place. But someone takes notice of him. A very special someone. And Minseok will never be quite the same ever again.

Se dan cuenta de lo parecidas que son las palabras "Libertad" y "Abandono". Si se piensa con la cabeza fría es casi lo mismo. Por qué libertad significa hacer lo que a uno le parece correcto, hacer lo que uno quiere, hacer lo que tu corazón siente. Pero abandono, es simplemente libertad con un significado diferente, es sentirse liberado completamente, pero completamente solo... "Sabes, no sabía si hacer esto o no pero... Decidí hacerlo..." Así comienza una carta de Minseok dirigida a Jongdae, su novio, con el cuál las cosas no estaban yendo bien últimamente. Jongdae no sabe qué hacer ante la decisión de su novio, está desesperado, no sabe de quién es la culpa, no sabe nada. Lo que ocurre es que la vida está llena de mal entendidos, y Jongdae se encuentra con ellos cara a cara más de lo que desearía. Se hiere a sí mismo, y a Minseok en el camino. Si algo que amas te hiere profundamente, pero llega algo más a curarte todas las heridas... ¿Vuelves con eso que amas aunque podría costarte la vida?...
