But it was dissolved because of many rising issues against beta. They can't sire or give birth to pups. They were there to help the Omega and the alpha not having a true relationship. To Alphas, betas are toys they can play with. Omegas resent them for this. and think they don't need them to take care of the pups. So it was dissolved. Pure bloods were all betas, and they swayed this decision. They were too proud to be treated this way. They believed Alphas and Omegas to be savages. After the war, births are low, so the ministry decided to make a new law which meant that they would decide who would marry who. And they had to have a minimum of 5 children.
