Rain Achilles Alcazar lives a seemingly dream life in Hera Celestia, but his world is shattered by his mother's death, largely due to his father's infidelity. Rain becomes cold and bratty as he struggles with this pain, unable to forgive his father. As the mayor, his father faces many death threats and hires Dwight Shiro Delgaco, a poor but kind-hearted provincial man, as Rain's bodyguard to protect him and possibly help mend his broken spirit.
