Y/n is a 15 year old girl who has Cystic Fibrosis. She has been unable to get a lung transplant that could potentially save her life because there aren't many willing donors her age. (Stick with it for the sake of the story pls!) One day, a 15 year old boy Ranboo decides to become her donor. Romance starts to blossom. Once two years have passed and they have drifted apart, what happens when the now 17 year old Y/n starts at Ranboo's school?
