So you're part human part cybertronian you gained your powers after coming in contact with the all-spark (bayverse) after it fell to earth. A few years and counting. Y/N was sent to hell for being a heartless murderer- out of character, for her. She began to feel a linger of care tickle in her hands when she began helping people up, which led her on the path of meeting the princess. Sure, she didn't believe in redemption. Not physically, at least. The hate began washing from her bones, pooling down into her skin and muscles instead: a good state of mind never guaranteed good actions. One (completely random) day, she decided to go on a walk. After Charlie tried to desperately stop her, something felt off. Streets too crowded, homes too bright, people too riled up.. Extermination day.
