Let the world say what it wanted to about Kara and Lena. Neither of them cared. The only thing that mattered was each other. After all, it wasn't the world's love story, it was theirs.

Kara had never been a fan of St. Patrick's Day just because of all the green. The color, no matter what shade it was in, always vaguely reminded her of Kryptonite and, thusly, made her feel a bit... uneasy. But this year, she was celebrating with the city's local Irishwoman, Lena Luthor. If there was anyone out there who could change Kara's mind about the holiday, it was Lena!

"I want you to promise me something." Lex whispered softly, not breaking his stare. "Anything." she whispered back. He moved towards her and leant against the glass with his shoulder, close enough to her that their faces were millimeters apart. "Never leave me alone."

Kara was sad. She was despondent after she sent Mon-El away. The Kryptonian felt numb and felt like the only person she could be was Supergirl. Now, that was a while ago. But since Kara's super suit had been damaged more than ever because she had worn it a lot, Winn had to repair it. And because of that, Kara had no super suit for two to three days. She didn't know what to do other than watch the news and curse herself for not being there at times of tragedy. She hated being vulnerable and not being able to do anything. Suddenly, Kara heard a knock on her door. She got up from the couch and answered it with a forced smile. (Read the chapter to see what will happen next)
