Tired eyes stared into the light, door on handle still. The fridge wasn't empty nor full, somewhere in the middle. He blinked once, then twice, then three times. The floor creaked and wind blew against the windows, why was he acting like this? Why can't he just let his friend be happy? ...the word friend hurt when referring to 'him', he didn't know why. He didn't think of the other as anything more or less, nor were they anything more or less. Just two friends, two dudes, two bros. This feeling of...jealousy? Whatever the feeling was, it hurt. A lot. He didn't know why, was it because he was so used to being around him? Maybe the sudden change was just a bit much for him. Floorboards creaked upstairs, filling his ears with a ringing as there was no more silence. He hadn't closed the fridge yet, still staring in silent confusion. He heard footsteps trail their way downstairs and to the kitchen. Getting closer. 1 step, 2 step, 3 step, 4 ste- "Chester?" Hearing his own name caused him to turn around and pause slightly, seeing his friend. Sweat was all around the other's collar as he held a camera, he looked so tired and kind of..annoyed? Did he do something wrong? He looked agitated. His eyes were sorta wide behind the shades he wore, the other hadn't said anything yet.
