When Mary Winchester is resurrected she is distraught to find that her sons have grown up without her. It only gets worse when she discovers that her husband had a child with another woman. Tensions rise exponentially between the two women, but Sam and Dean are desperate to build a relationship with their mother and are willing to do so at the expense of their relationship with their half-sister. Charlie is sent packing to Beacon Hills, California; a normal town, meant for new start at a normal life. But Beacon Hills is anything but normal, a fact Charlie is quick to discover when her new friend is bitten by a werewolf.
