As I am a student I have done more than enough study on Shakespeare. This year we studied Macbeth and I believe that I could help by putting my notes on here for anyone who needs them. They consist of "key quotes" and a general break down of the play itself. I hope this is of help to you.

Every week that goes by, their customers dwindle and the entire crew is on the brink of starvation. Their only hope is a strange man who arrives in a gypsy caravan. TRIGGER WARNINGS Some mild swearing, some racial slurs (used in a historical context) and mild violence.

Sunny killing Mari and Basil helping by staging it as a suicide always reminds me of Macbeth killing Duncan and Lady Macbeth helping. So I thought it would be fun to use my script to type the story out word for word except replacing names and such. I hope you enjoy!

This is something I wrote for my English class, and ended up actually being impressed with it. I don't own Shakespeare or Macbeth (obviously) however I think this little "sequel" if you will, play along really well with it, and hopefully if you take the time to read this all, it will open your mind to a few things. Enjoy!!! -Ellee Bush

Lady Macbeth's eyes slowly but surely widened as she hesitantly opened her mouth to speak "You.. what..?" It wasn't a very common thing for Lady Macbeth, wife of the King of Scotland, to cry as she has and has always been seen as a very serious and stern lady, but everyone has their ups and downs, and today might just have been her biggest down yet. A day of heartbreak and despair, a day that no sane mind could ever forget. (this is 100% satire, it's literally a ship between macbeth and banquo so idk how anyone could possibly think it's not but i want to be more safe than sorry, so i'm telling you now, THIS IS SATIRE)

Men with Red Teeth is a historical novel describing the rise to power of Macbeth the Red, Scotland's near-mythical king. Markas mac Eachann, an unimportant thane in Moray, and his kinsmen are summoned to defend King Gillcoman against the bloodfeuding enemy, Macbeth. In the conflict Markas is separated from his men and his own brother becomes Macbeth's captive. With the other thanes vowing continued war and Macbeth holding his brother's life, Markas cannot hesitate. It is in this time of calamity, when bonds are broken and trust is fragile, that the fate of the country unwittingly falls into Markas' hands.

Stuck behind senior reporters and overlooked for promotions, Maggie is desperate for the story that will define her career. When three mysterious sources offer a cryptic tip about a major corruption scandal involving presidential candidate Mark Harlow, Maggie is thrust into a web of deception and ambition. What begins as a career-making scoop quickly spirals out of control as Maggie risks everything to expose the truth. The cost of her rise to fame? Her ethics, her relationships, and her sanity. As her fabricated story propels her into the spotlight, the line between truth and lies begins to blur, and Maggie must confront the darkness lurking behind her ambition. In a world where the truth can be bent, sold, and manipulated, Maggie must ask herself: How far will she go to hold the powerful accountable before she becomes just another casualty of the game? In this gripping modern retelling of Macbeth, ambition, betrayal, and guilt collide in a high-stakes battle for power. Maggie Blackwell's story is one of meteoric rise and inevitable, crushing fall.

As an English task I was set the challenge of taking the Shakespeare play Macbeth and turning it into a novel. I'm not too shabby at writing (I hope) so, I figured, I may as well upload it. The story is told in first person by a character mentioned in the play (Fleance - Banquo's son) and will be relatively true to the play (okay I say relatively because heck I don't know that much). Enjoy!
