Jace Tan wakes up inside a cryogenic pod in Vault 111 and realizes he has crossed into the world of Fallout 4. Outside the Vault, the Commonwealth is no longer a game. Radroaches the size of cats crawl through dark corridors. Packs of feral Ghouls wander the shadows of ruined cities. Deathclaws stalk the open wasteland, strong enough to tear through power armor. Far to the south, the Glowing Sea hides horrors that should never have survived. Beneath the earth, the Institute manufactures Synths to replace humanity. In the shadows, the Railroad fights to free every Synth it can find. From the sky, the Brotherhood of Steel descends with laser rifles and holy-war speeches. And the Minutemen... well, they can barely handle a few Raiders right now. Standing in a world devoured by radiation and war, Jace lowers his gaze to the cold device on his wrist. A Pip-Boy. Its screen flickers to life. Welcome to the Commonwealth, 2287. A place where hope is already dead.

This story is basically a Fallout Fanfiction, Delilah is NOT the sole survivor. Though she will hear about him and meet him from time to time. She will meet characters in Fallout 4, but will also meet people not related to Fallout 4.

The Wasteland is an unforgiving place. Deathclaws, mirelurks, and all sorts of abominations roam the twisted, mutated surface and humans must survive in the middle of it all. Their future rests on the shoulders of two women. One, a recently widowed mother, desperate to find her child, who somehow gets pulled into the thick of the battlefield. The other is a woman who grew up in the wastes and sets her sights on raiders, and the control she could impose on the wasteland. Who will survive the great battles over the wastes to come?
