Cathy was just trying to be a normal girl. She worked at Dunkin Donuts, was paid pretty well actually. She's 25 and loving her life. Nothing can possibly change! Until, of course, two men walk in. And I'm not talking about Mac and Jack. "What do I owe this pleasure?" Cathy smiled at the two men. "Out back, now." The tall man said in a harsh tone. "Make me." Cathy challenged. The tall man forcefully grabbed Cathy's wrist and tightened his grip. "hey, What seems to be the trouble here ladies?" A man wearing a leather jacket clasped his hands together and looked at the three. The tall man let go of Cathy's wrist. "Watch your back." The tall man laughed as he made his way passed the man in the leather jacket, and a blonde, handsome man. Cathy brushed herself off. "Can I get you boys anything?" She asked. "Actually," the blonde man stepped forward, "we're here to recruit you, Cathy Kane." Cathy scoffed. "For what?" "A think tank." Now that Alex is a fully trained operative for the Phoenix Foundation, he goes on missions with the team but this one is different. Matty send them in France to prevent a Russian terrorist group to acquired a WMD that they will most likely use during the opening ceremony of the Olympics in Paris on July 26. Not only this mission is in France but the leader is Dimitri Sarov, brother of Alexei Sarov. Read to find out what will happen. I do not own any characters from Alex Rider or MacGyver. Jack Starbright has been kidnapped by Murdoc as a bait to get to Alex. Scorpia had hired him and promised to help him get to Mac right after they killed Alex. Alex is going to LA (on a suicidal mission) to take Jack home and end Scorpia once and for all. He met Mac and the team on the way and maybe they'll team up to save each other asses who knows? The timeline is a little messed up but it's for the sake of the story, and Jack IS ALIVE (The Jack of Mac) !!!! The story is set before 'Nightshade'. I don't own MacGyver characters or Alex Rider's. Today another letter was sent, all the details matching except for the place, which is now a high-ranking office building. After Aaron Hotchner's team attempted to handle the first case, they're on board to investigate their new lead. Matilda Webber's team was also called in. With the FBI having reason to believe this is a terrorist attack, they trust expert bomb defuser Angus MacGyver and his friend who may or may not tend to bring trouble with them.
