many years ago Akane and her friend was about to be hurt by two robbers but they were saved by kamen rider prototype drive. even thow she is shy now she will hope she see this rider again. and she did but he's different.

The Canadian Embassy has fallen and the entire world now knows about the existence of Machs. The UN fears another war could be on the horizon and gathers an elite task force to put an end to Japan's Mach program before it is too late. The Canadian government focuses its attention on Hiro and Kimiko, two Mach pilots who escaped their embassy before its destruction. They believe a trader aided in their escape. Hiro is on the run and hopes taking on a new identity at a school for the ultra-wealthy will keep him off anyone's radar until he can figure out his next move.
