A year ago, four 'cute and cuddly' penguins end up in Acme Falls and end up meeting the Warner Brothers.... and Warner Sister. Warnerstock has been in poverty ever since the wicked King Salazar took over, and the four penguins want to help, but even they are unsure how... until, a remarkable event occurs. When young Wakko Warner, with the four penguins at his side, picks the only wishing star in the night sky, it's a race against everyone in town (including Pinky and the Brain, Slappy and Skippy Squirrel and Rita and Runt) to claim it and its one wish. But none of them realize that the wicked King Salazar wants the star too, and wants the Warners out of his way forever. It is now up to the four penguins to stop the plan and save Acme Falls and the kingdom from his plans. But will they succeed? Or will they crumble into the hands of the evil king.

Agent Skipper and his family had always been known as spies. They always had their backs, that was until young Private got lost and they had to meet the North Wind to help find him. There was someone in the group that go his attention, Agent Classified. Something about him made the penguin shiver in jealousy. There was something in between them. Love. The story takes place after the events of the movie. I would say around 1-2 years later.
