On the plains, there stood the two clans one being the Senju, the other being the Uchiha. The two have been at war with one other, but the Senju leader wants the endless fighting to end. Unlike the prideful Uchiha's and their leader. Battle ravaged the land around the as Madara, the Uchiha's leader and Hashirama, the Senju's leader are at strife. When suddenly the Uchiha's have called for an early retreat. Do to their leaders suddenly disappearance. Hashirama is stuck in surprise as to what had happened in front of his shocked filled eyes. After much of his determination he has successfully healed Madara to his almost former physical state. Only a few measly scars added to his already growing collection. The only problem is how to help the man return to his former mental state.. OR Madara loses his memory and other pepes gots to have a roller coaster of a ride to help his remember who he is all while new feelings start to bloom. Madara's neglect, Hashirama's pain, Maybe the pain will get to his brain.

"Do you think she's asleep?" "Would you sleep in this room?" He made a movement of his head as if to indicate that the other was actually right. No one in their right mind would sleep in a room full of psychiatric patients; the fact that they were all there, however, implied that without a shadow of a doubt none of them were sane so perhaps the question was really superfluous.

Hashirama didn't know for how long he had walked, it could have been days or months or years, he didn't know where he had been. All his hours made of alcohol and memories and one foot in front of the other; of pain and rage and so much torture, like his soul was still tearing apart. Hashirama couldn't stop walking.

Madara had met Hashirama by pure chance more than two and a half years ago when he was looking for a plant to gift to his brother in the flower shop where she still worked; Madara had visited the shop almost daily for eight months straight before she agreed to go on a date with him but he still thanked his brother for the possibility of meeting her. - Hashirama and Madara spending the weekend together, cuddling and relaxing and enjoying themselves.

A week in Hashirama and Madara's bedroom.

They talk a lot about everything, almost every moment spent together they talk: Hashirama leads the conversation and Madara hums, shakes his head and tosses lines here and there. Hashirama doesn't mind, she has missed talking to him and with him. Kakashi is exiting his car when Iruka parks in the driveway so he rests against the still open door and watches as his husband grins at Naruto who shouts happily and waves his limbs from his position on the baby seat.

Hashirama and Madara grocery shopping. It's not fun. At all.

Hashirama is sick and tries to take care of himself alone; luckily, Madara is there to nurse him back to health.

Hashirama and Madara celebrate their eleventh anniversary together.
