She was accepted into her dream college and she wrote a bucket list about all the cool stuff she finally wants to experience, which includes everything the cool and popular kids do, socializing, doing drugs and having the best parties ever. She decided not to be the good girl anymore and finally start to live a life which is worth it. A baddie life, just like in some movies.
