The life of a butterfly is one people often undermine. The creatures themselves are beautiful and mysterious, and even though their life is short, it somehow manages to hold meaning unimaginable to others. A special person in my life once told me about how one night changed his life, but it was up to debate whether the change was for better or worse in the beginning. Today, he is adamant that, like a butterfly, even though his life was short, he was able to do something not many people get a chance to do. He was able to reignite his passion for music while finding a love that never fades but shines brighter each day. He considers his life extraordinary. He's right. ------ My job as an author is to give characters a chance to tell their unfinished stories, and I firmly believe the characters of Julie and the Phantoms stories were cut far too short. This fanfiction will pick up where the characters left off, and I will do my best to write them in a way that stays true to who they are while giving you something more.
