This poem is an original and is About the book "The Song Of Achilles" by Madeline Miller If you don't know or haven't read the novel: The novel is about the love of two guys . One was a prince..the prince of Phthia , half-god and is the Greatest of the Greeks whose destiny was to defeat the greatest of the Trojans.. His name , was Achilles. The other , was also a prince . A prince who was exiled over a crime he unintentionally committed. He was exiled to Phthia and he met Achilles. The two eventually fell for each other, despite the disapproval and Achilles mother. A sea nymph aka a sea goddess. When the Trojan war was approaching Patroclus joined Achilles in the ten year long war . The year was long and tough , many deaths and hard times . Patroclus wasn't really acknowledged and was just seen as someone under Achilles. Which is why I specifically wrote my poem about Patroclus and the courage he showed , though it did have a cost , it is still very admirable and it definitely impacted me. (Made me cry)

Madline is a beautiful young girl... what will happen when Madline's father leave her with a cruel step mother...but most important how did her father die..
